What we are looking for:
As an Senior Art Director you are an experienced integrated, talented and respected creative. You have a definitive understanding of the role you play and industry we work within. Ideally you will have previous automotive client experience, but not in isolation. You will have worked in a range of channels through the line and you are as happy managing junior members of the team as you are collaborating with Creative Directors.
You are an assured and driven character and know how to get the absolute best from your team. To you, it is essential that the creative not only hits the brief, but challenges the very methods we use to achieve this. You can form strong relationships with clients and see the management of the account as equal importance to the creative. In short, you see the bigger picture of where the agency and yourself are heading.
All this, and you still find time to have a laugh and a joke with your colleagues, enhance the creative agency environment and of course, grab a well deserved social drink every now and again.
Creative Intern at Visual Artists Agency

The Role: The Head of Storytelling is a new role at Digital Mums which has been created to help the company achieve consistency of brand externally and internally, and wide recognition for its mission and purpose.
