Brixton Finishing School finds and develops untapped talent.

Read the ‘Checklist for Change’, produced by 18-25 talent from across “The Alliance” through workshops funded by Brixton Finshing School. The Alliance is a collective of social impact projects united to produce better outcomes for younger talent underserved by industry employers.

MEFA is a network for Black, Asian and ethnic minorities working in the UK media and advertising industry. This past three years has seen our membership grow quickly, and our community now comprises over 500 professionals at every level of the industry. Sign up for your free MEFA membership here.

Outvertising exists to make UK marketing and advertising completely LGBTQ+ inclusive. It does that by encouraging brands and their creative and media partners to be fully LGBTQ+ inclusive in their workplaces, and in their communications.
