The NABS Art Auction is back, bigger and better than ever before.
Art promotes mental wellness by enabling self-expression, fostering mindfulness, reducing stress, boosting self-esteem, and enhancing overall psychological wellbeing.
We’re calling all creatives and hobbyists alike, we want to see your passion unleashed and your best work on display! Get ready to ignite your creativity and exhibit NABS Art Auction.
We want everyone in the advertising, media and marketing community to unleash their inner artist, by pledging to donate their artwork to the NABS Art Auction and let art become your ally in nurturing mental wellbeing.
As in previous years, we’ll also be aiming to persuade some established artists and photographers to donate their work too, which could make a significant difference to our fundraising.
In October, there will be three live Art Auctions in London, Manchester and Edinburgh, plus, an online auction- with all proceeds going to NABS, your industry charity.
What art could you donate?
We invite all artists of adland to donate their creations for our charity auctions. So if you ever had an inkling to create, here is a great opportunity to do it now for a good cause. You can pledge to donate your:
- Paintings
- Drawings
- Sculpture
- Poetry
- Photography
- Illustration
- Textiles
- Ceramics
- Or anything else that inspires you

How does the Art Auction work?
- Pledge your artwork to one of our art auctions
- We will exhibit all the pieces of art online prior to our live events, on an online auction platform
- The art auction concludes with three incredible live auctions, taking place across the country:

4. Auction winners receive their lots and all proceeds go directly to NABS to support the mental wellness of everyone in the industry
How NABS helps support people in our industry
Last year our support team saw a sustained increase in calls in recent years, with a 13% hike year-on-year following a 53% increase the year before, representing 4,500 calls in 2023.
We helped 20% more people on our Advice Line than in 2022, as awareness of the breadth of ways that we can support people is increasing.
Since 2021, demand for our grants and therapy referral service have doubled, with one-third more people supported in 2023 than 2022 as more people seek out proactive help for their mental and financial wellbeing
Emotional support remains the top reason that people call our Advice Lines, at one-third of call; calls specifically around mental health represent 1 in 5
We saw a 58% increase in access to our group support spaces and workshops, following the launch of our Explore and Connect sessions, working to help people on a preventative level in response to industry, societal and global changes and challenges.
How taking part in the NABS Art Auction makes a difference
Whether you’re donating your artwork or bidding at the art auction, every penny raised goes back into advancing the mental wellness of our industry community:
£15: could fund a birthday gift voucher for a child whose family are struggling financially.
£50: could help someone get back into work following redundancy by covering their interview travel expenses.
£70: could put food on the table for someone who is out of work by providing an essential food package.
£200: could support someone living with depression with two therapy sessions.
