Sally Keane, Director of Sales UK at Spotify

Sally joined Spotify in 2021 where she leads the enterprise advertising team in the UK driving the sales strategy and execution for some of the regions top brands and agencies.
Prior to Spotify, Sally has held a number of leadership roles across a 20+ year career in marketing advertising at LinkedIn, Yahoo! and Viacom.

Bloom (a not-for-profit professional women’s network in marketing and communications) since 2017 and was named Bloom President in 2020. In the same year, she was also recognised as a HERoes Top 100 Future Female Leader and IPA’s Inclusivity Trailblazer.

Tobi Asare, Managing Partner, Head of Growth at OMD UK

Tobi is the Managing Partner, Head of Growth at OMD UK. In this role, Tobi is responsible for driving the agency’s overall growth, as well as developing and implementing effective marketing and PR strategies. Tobi’s relentless pursuit of success, combined with a focus on nurturing a growth mindset within the new business team, has been instrumental in achieving a streak of new business wins.

In addition to her professional endeavours, Tobi is deeply passionate about creating opportunities for women in the workplace. This dedication led them to author the book, “The Blend: How to Successfully Manage a Career and a Family.” Through this publication, Tobi shares invaluable insights and wisdom gained from their personal and professional experiences, offering guidance on how to strike a balance between a fulfilling career and a fulfilling family life.

Michelle is a seasoned marketer with an extensive track record in prominent media agencies across the UK. She excels in steering omni-channel solutions and possesses diverse experience across various channels and categories, including FMCG, Auto, Retail, Tech, and Entertainment. Currently the Commercial Lead at the7Stars, the largest independent agency fostering commercial growth and innovation in the market, Michelle earned wider industry recognition for her work by being listed among Campaign’s Top 10 Media Buyers in 2023 and IPA’s iList 2024.
