An interactive and supportive coach-led discussion facilitated by ADHD coach and content creator Charlotte Forbes.
Intended for individuals diagnosed with ADHD, or those who suspect they may have it, as well as for those providing support to someone with ADHD.
What to expect:
- Recognise the executive function challenges associated with ADHD which impact various aspects of life, including work, relationships and daily tasks.
- Discover the interest-based attention system and ways in which you can work in a more ADHD-friendly way.
- Understand the importance of getting support with ADHD at work and how to ask for support confidently in the workplace.
- Learn tips, techniques and practices to help support executive function and use ADHD strengths, including setting smart goals.
You are encouraged to have your camera and mic on throughout the session, however it is not compulsory. You’ll be invited to engage in open discussions and share experiences with others with ADHD, or who support people with ADHD.
