Explore: Thriving as a parent/carer
- Location: Online
- Type: Workshop
- Date: 12/11/2024
- Time: 2pm-3:30pm
Juggling the demands of work, parenting, and caring can be all-consuming and, at times, overwhelming. While it brings moments of fulfilment and personal growth, it can also leave little time for us. Join us in this coach-led discussion for parents and carers, where you’ll connect with others who understand the challenges and joys of managing a career alongside parenting and/or caregiving.
Through this guided session, we will explore:
- Ways to identify and clarify our career aspirations while considering responsibilities beyond work.
- Practical strategies and techniques, including work-life integration, to help us expand those moments of fulfilment and accommodate our commitments.
- Elevating our self-care and ways to prioritise our mental wellness.
- Building support networks by growing our community and ways to create a support system.
Let’s navigate this journey together!
This session is for parents and carers at every stage of their journey.
