Leading Influential Conversations

Being clear on your purpose and being able to communicate it is crucial to influencing others. Purpose is a powerful force that pulls people towards your end goal rather than pushing them to it and it also serves to keep you motivated to by tapping into your self-determined intrinsic motivation.

Workshop Objectives:

• To consider what contributes to us being able to positively influence others.

• To learn the science behind motivating ourselves and others.

• To plan how we can harness our sense of purpose to lead influential conversations.

• To learn some top tips to help us find our authentic voices and move others.

This is an interactive session in which you need to be fully present in order to get the most from the experience and in turn, to give the best experience to your fellow colleagues.

All of NABS’ workshops, talks and our Fast Forward programme are IPA CPD-accredited. These sessions go towards your overall goal of 24 hours of logged training.
