Worrying about money can affect us at any time, but especially so during the current cost of living crisis.
In this 90-minute coach-led discussion, we will explore our relationship with money and discuss strategies to better manage money anxiety.
Maybe you have feelings of uneasiness, fear, dread when it comes to managing your finances. Perhaps you have noticed worrying about money is impacting your mental wellness and getting in the way of addressing any practical support you may need in managing your financial concerns.
In this supportive and practical coach-led discussion we will explore:-
- How money anxiety is showing up in our daily lives
- Our relationship with money (money mindset) and what may influence this
- Strategies to better manage money anxiety
This 90 minute session is designed to help people understand emerging industry issues through collective exploration in a safe space.
