In this safe and supportive space, we’ll come together to explore and address the challenges of living with or supporting someone with anxiety.
We will delve into various aspects of anxiety, including the different ways it shows up, and offer coping mechanisms. Through guided discussions, exercises, and sharing experiences, we aim to foster understanding, resilience, and empowerment in our journey toward anxiety relief.
During this session we will:
- Discuss the nature of anxiety, exploring its physiological, psychological, and emotional dimensions.
- Identify and share personal triggers that contribute to anxiety.
- Explore a range of coping strategies and techniques for managing anxiety, including relaxation exercises and mindfulness practices.
Join experienced therapists in a welcoming and supportive space where you’re encouraged to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
