Connect: Making sense of grief

With the help of experienced therapists, we’ll gently unpack the realities of grief and share tools to help manage its impact.
Grief touches every part of life – how we think, feel, and show up each day. It’s deeply personal, never linear, and often hard to put into words. Whether you’re grieving yourself or walking alongside someone who is, this session offers space to pause, reflect, and begin to make sense of it all.
Together, we’ll explore what grief really looks like – how it can feel in the body, show up in our thoughts, and affect the way we live and work. With the help of experienced therapists, we’ll gently unpack the realities of grief and share tools to help manage its impact.
In this therapist-led discussion, together we will:
✅ Gain a clearer understanding of different types of grief in every dimension including anticipatory grief
✅ Understand how grief can shape your daily life – at home, at work, in relationships
✅ Practice tools and techniques like mindfulness to support you when grief feels heavy
✅ Connect with each other in a safe and compassionate space – you are not alone
