Nicky Harris named NABS’ new commercial director
Nicky Harris has been promoted to the new and critical role of commercial director at NABS.
Nicky will bring together insight, data, fundraising and marketing at the industry charity. Her focus will be to develop a strategy and culture that puts customer relationships and deeper engagement at the heart of NABS’ offer.
Previously NABS’ director of strategy, Nicky led NABS’ future-focused change initiative, putting D,E&I, technical transformation and financial sustainability at the heart of the organisation’s investment decisions.
Nicky believes strongly that DE&I is essential for the advertising community to thrive, most recently spearheading NABS’ Diversity in Focus research into the mental health needs of marginalised groups in the advertising industry. She’s a neurodiversity ally and an informal mentor to those who care for children with autism.
Before joining NABS, Nicky spent six years working in the advertising industry in account management and data planning roles at Arcadia, Proximity, DraftFCB and TBWA/GGT.
I’ve developed my career at NABS and seen it go from strength to strength while leading its strategy. We’re now in an exciting and challenging new era and I look forward to focusing our work so that we can help even more people in our community.
