Sea Change for Mental Health 2024
- Location: London
- Type: Sporting
- Date: 31/05/2024
- Time: All day
Sea Change is back for a 5th year, uniting the industry to support mental health.
The 63-mile cycle from London to Brighton is set to return for May 31 2024. As many as 200 riders from UK media, tech, marketing and advertising businesses will come together with the aim of raising much needed funds for NABS.
As with last year, the event is being funded through sponsorship. This means every penny you pledge will go directly to creating better mental health and wellbeing for people working in our sector.
You can enter as an individual or as a corporate team – so rally the troops and get in touch!
The challenge is being funded and organised by TLA, a Tech Track 100 company that operates in the media industry.
What to expect:
Led by a professional support team, the route will begin in South London before taking in the beautiful Surrey and Sussex countryside and finally embarking on Brighton’s iconic beachfront. Once in Brighton, you’ll celebrate a successful day’s cycling at the after-party, complete with music, food and a free bar.
How to enter:
