Managers Mindsets – Managing Team Pressure
- Location: Online
- Type: Workshop
- Date: 26/03/2025
- Time: 9:30am-12pm
As managers, we know that pressure is a constant in today’s fast paced work environment. But when pressure goes unmanaged, stress levels rise which can impact our team’s performance, morale and wellbeing. This workshop gives us the opportunity to step back, understand the root causes of that stress within our teams, and develop practical strategies to manage pressure effectively.
Designed for both new and experienced managers, this session provides dedicated time to learn how we can better support our teams, maintain performance, and create a healthy, productive work environment.
Together, in this practical session, we will:
- Understand how a team’s performance will be affected by pressure and stress
- Identify what may be driving stress in your team
- Develop ways in managing unhealthy pressure
- Provide support to enable healthy performance and avoid burnout
- Establish healthy boundaries that enable your team to perform at their best, even under pressure
