An interactive session in which you will learn the science and benefits of self-reflection and debriefs.
Workshop Objectives:
- To learn about debriefing to support mental health, the benefits and science behind it
- To be introduced to two techniques you can use for self-reflection, personal debriefing and taking valued action
- To practice these techniques and reflect on your experience of using them
- To agree goals to take away and embed learning
