Our 2024 Impact
In 2024, we stood together for mental wellness — and made a real difference. With your support, NABS is helping our industry grow stronger, healthier, and more connected every day.
Our impact in 2024: beating burnout
Your generosity last year helped NABS to answer an all-time high of 5,200 calls last year. The mental wellness of our industry is under constant pressure. In today’s unpredictable world, anxiety, stress and burnout levels are high. That’s where NABS comes in.

How we helped support more people than ever
Thanks to your support we were able to help a record number of individuals when they need assistance and guidance to stay on balance
22% rise in calls around mental wellness
14,000 times we engaged with our community through our services
16% rise in therapy referrals
Can you help NABS support the industry?
Your support meant that we could help people an astounding 14,000 times last year – nearly 20% more than in 2023. We helped more people by being creative about how we provide our services on a limited budget. But we can’t do this forever. If our income doesn’t increase in line with demand for our services, we won't be able to support everyone who needs us. As we help our community, now we need our community to help us.
Donate"NABS is here to advance the mental wellness of our industry so that we can all move forward. Last year, we helped more people than ever as the world gave us complex challenges to deal with. Your support makes all the difference to us. We can’t help you and your teams without it."
We helped develop skills and mindsets to help people to thrive.

“When I received an email and call to be told I would be financially supported to get me through a month or so before benefits came through – I literally cried. The relief immeasurable. All the team at NABS have been lovely, kind and supportive. I haven’t felt judged even when sharing some challenging financial details. I will never forget this support... I genuinely cannot thank NABS enough”

Thank you to all our 2024 supporters, without you, we couldn’t help thousands of people each year advance their mental wellness.
