Tribal EMEA
2025 Yay List donor
Tribal has long championed NABS. Tribal staff appreciate that NABS understands our sector and complements our own wellbeing initiatives. By supporting NABS, we build a more caring, inclusive, and emotionally safe workspace - crucially, one where people feel understood, supported, and can thrive.
What would the industry be like without NABS? And why?
Without NABS, the creative industry would feel far more isolated, brittle and uneven in its ability to care for its people. Thousands each year rely on NABS for emotional support, guidance through job insecurity, coaching for managers and compassionate conversations that help prevent burnout and crisis. Without that safety net, many would face rising pressure-financial strain, mental health challenges, bereavement, neurodiversity needs and life-stage transitions-without anywhere safe or free to turn. NABS strengthens the industry’s resilience; without it, far more people would slip through the cracks – just when they need support most.
How will you advance mental wellness in our industry next year?
Next year, I’m doubling down on advancing mental wellness across our industry. Winning the Outstanding Mental Health Advocate award at the 2025 Mental Health Care Awards recently was a total honour – but more importantly, it’s a reminder of the responsibility I carry for the people I represent. I’ll keep pushing for healthier workloads, more open conversations and better support for managers, while expanding access to the tools and training that genuinely help people stay well. My goal is simple: create environments at Tribal, Critical Mass and beyond where mental wellness isn’t a perk – it’s the norm.
