2025 Yay List donor
Giving back to NABS feels especially meaningful because the charity directly supports people in our own industry. When we fundraise for NABS, we’re supporting the colleagues, partners and collaborators we work alongside every day. That shared sense of purpose brings our teams closer together, strengthening our culture of empathy, connection and community. Not to mention the amazing events that are a staple in the calendar each year, like the music quiz, naturally bringing people together and all for a great cause.
Why should businesses say ‘yay’ to NABS?
Businesses should say ‘yay’ to NABS because it’s about standing up for the people who make our industry what it is. Getting on the Yay List isn’t about competition – it’s about accountability and community. It’s a chance for businesses to be recognised and celebrated for putting time, energy and resources into supporting the charity that supports us all. Saying ‘yay’ shows you care about more than just the day job, that you care about the wellbeing of the industry and the people within it. And we would say that’s something worth championing.
How has NABS helped to advance the mental wellness of people at your business or in the wider industry?
NABS has played a huge role in helping people across the industry take their mental wellness seriously. Through workshops, coaching sessions and the advice line, they’ve made it easier for people to ask for help and to talk openly about how they’re really doing. That shift in attitude has filtered through to our own workplaces too, there’s more understanding, more empathy and a greater focus on balance. NABS has helped turn wellbeing from a buzzword into something people genuinely value and feel supported to prioritise in the workplace especially.
