Worrying about money is something any of us can experience—whether it’s an unexpected expense which causes concern or a constant source of stress. Especially in today’s cost of living crisis. If you’ve noticed money anxiety impacting your mental wellness or making it harder to address the practical steps you need to take, you’re not alone.
In this coach-led discussion, together we will:
✅ Explore how money anxiety is showing up in our daily lives
✅ Discuss our relationship with money – and how our mindset shapes this
✅ Understand practical strategies to navigate money anxiety
This session offers a safe space to reflect, learn, and share with others facing similar challenges – in this online safe space.
What to expect:
You’re warmly encouraged to have your camera and mic on to join the discussion – but there’s no pressure. This is a space for shared stories, real talk, and useful takeaways.
