Over the next twenty minutes, you’ll be guided to gently reconnect with a place of safety within—your own internal refuge. It’s always there, even when the world feels like too much. Learning how to return to it can be a powerful, healing step.

Set yourself up somewhere you won’t be disturbed. Get comfy. When the meditation ends, take your time coming back—maybe with a stretch, a sip of water, or a moment just to notice how you feel.
