Can you talk about a time NABS has supported your or your business?
For the past five years NABS has partnered with us to deliver sexual harassment training for all colleagues. Their expert facilitators have trained over 2,000 staff across our agencies, helping to raise awareness, improve bystander confidence and clarify reporting pathways. The consistency and quality of their delivery has strengthened trust across teams and encouraged more open conversations about safety and respect. Their support has been instrumental in creating a more inclusive workplace culture.
Why is it so important for NABS to tackle mental wellness in the industry?
The innovation, creativity and progress in our industry is driven by our people and it’s vital they are supported. A recent NABS report found that 35% feel unable to discuss mental health at work and 71% feel that mental wellness needs more focus in our industry. Supporting mental wellbeing goes beyond basic foundations. Looking after our minds should be no different to our bodies – regular check-ins can be preventative as well as restorative. The work NABS does is fundamental in supporting individuals, teams and the industry become stronger advocates for mental health, fostering a culture of support for all.
