How will you advance mental wellness in our industry next year?

In 2026, we’ll advance mental wellness across our industry by continuing to support and retrain our Mental Health First Aiders to provide vital support and lead awareness initiatives throughout the year. We’ll continue to champion flexible working to help colleagues maintain a healthy work-life balance, enhancing wellbeing, productivity and engagement.
We’ll carry on reminding people about the valuable resources offered by NABS and encourage open, honest conversations around mental health. Alongside this, we’ll support our wellbeing team, who bring positivity to the workplace through initiatives like our ‘beat the blues’ hour off, on Blue Monday, alongside therapy dog visits, and office massages…to name a few!
