How has NABS helped to advance the mental wellness of people at your business or in the wider industry?

Advertising, as we all know, is an extremely fast paced industry. Without slowing down, it’s impossible to reflect, breathe, and make sure that you’re making the right next steps and decisions. We know that mental wellness is crucial to producing your best work; without being one hundred percent mentally, it’s hard to be one hundred percent creatively. It’s also important that we create a culture of openness around matters of mental wellness industry-wide so that these conversations continue to be normalised, and more importantly, valued, in our culture more widely.

What would the industry be like without NABS? And why?

At M+C Saatchi Group our vision is to create an environment that proactively drives better mental wellbeing and support everyone to thrive at work and beyond.
