How will you advance mental wellness in our industry next year?

Next year, we’ll continue to advance mental wellness by doubling down on active listening and our safe spaces where everyone can bring their full selves to work. We’ll encourage managers and teams to engage in open conversations about wellbeing, supported by regular check-ins, listening forums, and inclusive practices that value every voice. We’ll continue to embrace and champion DEI, recognising that true wellbeing is only possible when everyone feels seen, respected, and represented. By normalising honesty and empathy, we help break down stigma and empower people to speak up early. We’ll also continue partnering with NABS and other experts to provide tailored support, training, and tools that build resilience and help our people thrive.
