As Captify looks ahead, we will look to build on wellbeing initiatives by making mental health a core part of our culture. This includes integrating wellness into daily routines, leadership training, and values; promoting open conversations to normalise support-seeking; and expanding partnerships with organisations like NABS for counselling and financial advice. Captify will look to develop offerings such as wellbeing ambassadors, reinforce flexible working and healthy boundaries, and spotlight employees via Capti-Voices who champion wellbeing and create psychologically safe environments.
