Why is it so important for NABS to tackle mental wellness in the industry?
What always impresses me about NABS is that it continually evolves to meet needs in the industry. Their training offer has developed over time, directly addressing, for example, how line managers can ensure they are supporting the mental health of team in a hybrid working environment. Being able to offer this training to our staff enables us to keep mental health front of mind for all.
