The Advertising Association is committed to driving the All In campaign, in partnership with IPA and ISBA the support of NABS, Outvertising, MEFA, WACL, Bloom and others to ensure that everyone in UK advertising feels they belong.
Why do we all need NABS’ help to move forward in today’s world?
Stress and anxiety in the workforce has increased since the pandemic and while not all is attributed to work, it’s vital that every business has a supportive culture and signposts resources and advice that can help. By engaging with and funding NABS, we ensure that it is able to evolve its support to meet increasing challenges from climate anxiety to being there for all of us through different life phases; redundancy, confidence at work, support following bullying or harassment and during ill health. The world is an ever more complex and challenging environment and NABS is more important now than ever.
How has NABS helped to advance the mental wellness of people at your business or in the wider industry?
There are too many examples to list in terms of how NABS has helped advance the mental wellness of the industry but a few include; timeTo code of conduct and training, Bystander training, Manager Mindset training, chairing the All In Mental Health working group, advice line, fundraising events that bring the industry together like Stranger Than Summer gala and the Walk and Talk event.
