NABS has been a fantastic source of support both for us as an agency and for me personally. I have benefitted from excellent training sessions as well as one-to-one coaching that was incredibly powerful and helped me to work through some professional challenges. How has NABS helped to advance the mental wellness of people at your business?
What always impresses me about NABS is that it continually evolves to meet needs in the industry. Their training offer has developed over time, directly addressing, for example, how line managers can ensure they are supporting the mental health of team in a hybrid working environment. Being able to offer this training to our staff enables us to keep mental health front of mind for all.
