What sort of questions will I be asked?

When you call our Advice Line, you’ll speak with a dedicated advisor focused on your unique needs. We use open, coaching-style questions like, “What do you need right now?” to help explore your options and guide you forward. Rest assured, your conversation remains confidential and will never be shared with your employer or anyone else.

Our trained advisors are here to help with a wide range of issues, ensuring that no matter what you’re facing, you have a confidential space to talk.
