Connect: Navigating Redundancy & Organisational Change

Let’s share and support each other, gaining insight, understanding and a sense that we’re not in this alone.
We get that when you’re going through – or have recently been through – redundancy or organisational change, it can bring a mix of emotions. From frustration and betrayal, to isolation, grief and anger.
The feeling of uncertainty can be challenging and the whole process can really impact our confidence – in ourselves and others.
This transition period can be really tough. But looking after our mental wellness and others during this time, in small and manageable ways, is really important. We’re here to help.
In this therapist-led discussion, together we will:
✅ Explore the emotional impact of redundancy and organisational change
✅ Learn techniques on how to manage uncertainty
✅ Engage in processing change and ways to help us move forward
✅ Gain trusted self-care tools
Let’s share and support each other, gaining insight, understanding and a sense that we’re not in this alone, in this online safe-space.
What to expect:
You’re warmly encouraged to have your camera and mic on to join the discussion – but there’s no pressure.
Being able to recognise when we ourselves need support is incredibly important. If you would like help now, please give us a call on 0800 707 6607 between 9am – 5.30pm or email support@nabs.org.uk for tailored advice and guidance from one of our compassionate Support Team.
