What you’ll learn from this Masterclass

Confidence and gravitas are crucial for success in our industry. You need to have and display both qualities if you want to succeed, inspire and influence, be heard and listened to, lead teams and sustain your self-belief

In this Masterclass, you’ll learn how to achieve gravitas and confidence to build up your authentic self at work so that you can achieve all of the above.

How the Masterclass works

This Masterclass consists of two parts:

Part 1 – Video: a video and workbook to complete in your own time. The video lasts for 30 minutes; allocate an hour to watch this and complete the accompanying exercises. Please note that you will not be able to attend part two of the Masterclass if you have not completed part one.

Part 2- Zoom session: a two-hour live group coaching session on Zoom. You’ll need to do this in a quiet and private space. Please keep your camera on and make sure that your microphone is working so that you can benefit from the full interactive learning experience.

How to sign up

Once you’ve registered below, you’ll be able to access the online event page where you’ll find your home learning video and workbook and a Zoom countdown and link to join the live coaching session.

IPA accredited

All of NABS’ Masterclasses, talks and our Fast Forward programme are IPA CPD-accredited. These sessions go towards your overall goal of 24 hours of logged training.

If this event is sold out, please do keep an eye out on spaces becoming available in the days leading up to the masterclass or pop a reminder in your diary – you will likely find a space. We do get last minute cancellations or drop outs

Just be mindful of the homework. If you do book last minute be sure to set aside an hour max to complete this.
