Bloom is a year-long programme for women with 2–6 years’ experience (up to 7 years) in any marketing and communications discipline.

The IPA

The Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) is the trade body and professional institute for agencies and individuals working in the UK’s advertising, media and marketing communications industry.

For it’s member agencies, the IPA offers free, specific mentoring support for a wide range of industry disciplines.
