Friends and allies of NABS

When we come together on big, important topics as an industry, we're more than the sum of our parts.

We work with lots of different people and groups who generously share their views, expertise and experience so that together, we can help everyone in our industry find their way forward.

Every day we speak to people from across every sector of our industry, so we can bring an independent, birds-eye view on the challenges that people are facing based on what we’re hearing on the front line.

But, we’re not experts in everything. So we work closely with our industry friends and partners to top up our mental wellness intel where we might have blind spots.

Below are a few examples of how we work with people and organisations across adland to ensure everyone can find their way forward.

WACL Talent Awards

Through our collaboration with WACL on The Talent Awards, we’ve administered almost 300 grants to women+ in the industry since 2005 totalling £500K, working together to drive gender equality. 2025, was the 20th year of the awards, with 29 individuals granted £1,500 to invest in their future with a training grant.
