These bumps in the road are part of the job, perhaps it’s addressing poor performance, mental wellness challenges or explaining why someone isn’t getting a promotion. These moments can feel uncomfortable. But you don’t have to face them alone.
In this coach-led discussion, together we will:
✅ Explore why as humans we choose to avoid uncomfortable conversations – and how to overcome that hesitation
✅ Learn practical techniques on how to navigate challenging workplace conversations, whether in-person or remotely
✅ Gain fresh perspectives and ways to provide constructive feedback with kindness
✅ Practise having challenging conversations in a safe, supportive environment
