- Location: Online

- Date: 11/02/2025
- Time: 2pm-3:30pm
Grief and loss profoundly reshape our world and our very selves, illuminating what we hold most meaningful. As we navigate our changed future, our understanding of ourselves may evolve, relationships may shift, and aspirations transform.
In this interactive and practical session, we will:
- Recognise Personal Transformation: Reflect on how your perspectives and values have evolved since experiencing loss.
- Create a Personal Roadmap: Craft a future map aligned with your renewed values and aspirations.
- Enhance Relationships and Energy Management: Discover ways to nurture meaningful connections and manage energy effectively.
- Identify Growth Opportunities and Letting Go: Explore areas for personal development and new experiences and learn to release what no longer serves you with grace and compassion.
Join us in this nurturing space and explore with others who are on a similar journey.
