Connect: Unravelling & Navigating Neurodivergence Together
3rd July @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

We’ll dive into the many ways neurodivergence shows up and offer practical tools for managing its impact.
In this welcoming and supportive space, we’ll explore the challenges that come with being neurodivergent, together.
We’ll dive into the many ways neurodivergence shows up and offer practical tools for managing its impact. Through guided discussions, exercises, and shared experiences, our goal is to help you better understand and build resilience, so you can feel more in control of your daily life.
In this therapist-led discussion, together we will:
✅ Explore the nature of neurodivergence, touching on the physiological, psychological, and emotional aspects.
✅ Identify and discuss how neurodivergence affects different areas of life, with a focus on the workplace.
✅ Share coping strategies and techniques to manage those impacts.
✅ Join experienced therapists in a friendly, open environment where you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
Let’s share and learn from one another, gaining insight, understanding and the ability to recognise when we need help – in this online safe-space. We’re here to help.
What to expect:
You’re warmly encouraged to have your camera and mic on to join the discussion – but there’s no pressure.
Being able to recognise when we ourselves need support is incredibly important. If you would like help now, please give us a call on 0800 707 6607 between 9am – 5.30pm or email support@nabs.org.uk for tailored advice and guidance from one of our compassionate Support Team.
