In November 2019, we brought our expertise to life at WellFest, our brand-new conference dedicated to providing you with real-life tools and strategies to improve your own wellbeing. Attendees joined us for an active, insightful and powerful day where they learned how to fully support their teams and allow their organisations to thrive.

Our WellFest speakers shared their expertise and experiences, providing insights and ideas for boosting your own wellbeing and that of your teams. Will Young, singer, actor and mental health campaigner headlined- in conversation with Claire Sanderson, while Karen Blackett OBE, Hussain Manawer and Nikki Owen provided food for thought throughout the day.
Alongside evidence-driven sessions that delivered cutting-edge insights on topics such as growth mindset and a philosophical approach to wellbeing, our workshops provided practical and playful solutions to help you lead and thrive to your full potential.
