This workshop will take place online via Zoom.

What you’ll learn from this workshop:

This session will equip you with the long-term tools you need to approach pressured or stressful situations in a more positive and productive way.

Attendees will learn how to:

  • Identify the difference between pressure and anxiety and how these can lead to stress
  • Recognise the emotional perceptions and symptoms that cause stress and how  behavioural  triggers & limiting beliefs impact our responses
  • Ways to take positive control of limiting thinking patterns and behaviours to give back control of situations
  • Shared tips and strategies to help manage pressure to improve performance and wellbeing

About this workshop:

Our workshop consists of two parts:

Part One: a pre-workshop assignment to complete in your own time. Please note that you will not be able to attend part two of the workshop if you have not completed the assignment.

Part Two: a live group coaching session on Zoom. You’ll need to do this in a quiet and private space. Please keep your camera on and make sure that your microphone is working so that you can benefit from the full interactive learning experience.

What you’ll need:

You will be required to have the following set up;

• Equipment; a laptop or PC, headphones and microphone

• A quiet, private space with limited background noise

How to register:

Secure you place on this workshop by completing the registration below. Once registered, you will be able to access our online attendee page where you can find pre-workshop assignments and/or tasks (if applicable), the workshop workbook and Zoom link for the session. 

When registering for our workshops and events, we collect attendee details to ensure you are eligible for NABS’ services. All data collected is used in accordance with our privacy policy.

If this workshop is sold out, please do keep an eye out on spaces becoming available in the days leading up to the workshop or pop a reminder in your diary – you will likely find a space. We do get last minute cancellations or drop outs. Please also join the waitlist, if a place becomes available we will notify you by email. You will then have 24 hours to register for the workshop.

Please be mindful of any pre-workshop assignments and/or task. If you do book last minute be sure to set aside an hour max to complete this.

 

All of NABS’ workshops, talks and our Fast Forward programme are IPA CPD accredited. Attending these sessions will go towards your overall goal of 24 hours of logged training.
