Although mindfulness teaches us to be more self-aware, we can still lack self-compassion as it can make us feel indulgent or selfish. We may be good at showing compassion to others around us, but we struggle to offer the same kindness to ourselves.

Join us for this interactive workshop where we explore at the benefit’s and basics of mindfulness and takes us through a series of practices to develop love and kindness for oneself.

  • Understanding of what self compassion is and why it is needed
  • Tools to bring more self compassion into your daily life
