In today’s manic world, there’s never been more of a need to find the perfect work/life balance — the mindfulness practices covered in the session will help you manage workplace stress, and become aware of when to ‘switch’ off and fully focus on family life
Sonya Russo is the founder of Waves Mindfulness, she is a trained mindfulness practitioner who specializes in mindfulness for stress, depression, and anxiety. Sonya previously worked in media and advertising for 15 years for companies such as BBC, Bauer and Channel 5 and now works with corporate companies to raise awareness around mental health issues and the wellbeing needs of employees.
