About this workshop

Being clear on your purpose and being able to communicate it is crucial to influencing others. Purpose is a powerful force that pulls people towards your end goal rather than pushing them to it and it also serves to keep you motivated to by tapping into your self-determined intrinsic motivation.

What you’ll learn from this workshop

• To consider what contributes to us being able to positively influence others.
• To learn the science behind motivating ourselves and others.
• To plan how we can harness our sense of purpose to lead influential conversations.
• To learn some top tips to help us find our authentic voices and move others.

We do get last minute cancellations or drop outs. Please also join the waitlist, if a place becomes available we will notify you by email. You will then have 24 hours to register for the workshop.

All of NABS’ workshops, talks and our Fast Forward programme are IPA CPD accredited. Attending these sessions will go towards your overall goal of 24 hours of logged training.
