To mark Mental Health Awareness Week, Dr Rina Bajaj, award-winning counselling psychologist and author, joins NABS for a free supportive hour designed to help you understand your mental wellness – especially when it comes to anxiety. During this interactive and reflective Talk, Dr Rina will give you an essential insight into anxiety, how it may show up, and which quick and practical tools you can use to help you manage your feelings and function well.
Dr Rina has over 17 years’ experience working with clients who experience common mental health concerns, including anxiety, trauma and depression. Her client base includes celebrities, entrepreneurs, athletes and musicians and she also offers corporate training on staff wellbeing, mental health awareness, mindfulness and stress management.
