  • Date: 13/09/2023
  • Time: 2pm-3:30pm

Maybe you’re regularly worrying about how and where you’re going to secure your next work opportunity; perhaps you have feelings of uneasiness and fear about the volatile market. Could it be that you’re finding it hard to slow down and give yourself the permission to take a break? Are you at the bottom of your list and not taking care of you?

This is a dedicated space for freelancers and micro-business owners to explore ways to support physical, emotional, and mental health especially in challenging times.

Together we will explore ways to:

• develop our self-awareness to influence what is in our control

• keep motivation and confidence up during these times

• support our practical and emotional wellness

This is an opportunity to meet and share with other freelancers in the industry, in a safe and collaborative environment.

What can you expect from group coaching sessions:

The group coaching experience is different to attending the workshop – it’s not about the coach bringing the content and answers – it is about the group working together collectively with the support of the coach.

The coach’s role is to bring a plethora of coaching tools, questions and techniques, to structure the session and guide the group through a process designed to develop thinking in depth from a range of perspectives. Each group is different, and the coach will pivot based on group needs with a view to each person leaving with a key learning which will really help them in an aspect of influencing conversations.

These are highly interactive sessions in which you need to be fully present in order to get the most from the experience and in turn, to give the best experience to your fellow colleagues.

What you’ll need:

You will be required to have the following set up;

• Equipment; a laptop or PC, headphones and microphone
