As we move through the festive season—twinkling lights, winter’s chill, songs looping endlessly, gatherings shared, and memories stirred—this time of year can feel particularly “grief-y.”
So, let’s take a moment to pause, grab a warm cuppa, and connect with others in our industry who have experienced grief and loss.
This is a friendly, informal, and safe space for anyone touched by grief—wherever you are on your journey. It’s a chance to acknowledge your loss, reflect, and connect with others who understand what it’s like to live with grief every day.
Whether you feel ready to share your experiences or would prefer to sit in quiet solidarity, you’re welcome here.
Join us if you’d like to:
- Learn coping tools and self-care practices others have found helpful—or unhelpful.
- Discover recommendations for organisations, books, podcasts, quotes, films, poems, or songs that have brought comfort or insight.
- Feel seen, heard, and supported by others who share a similar lived experience.
