Booking a masterclass FAQ

Are Masterclasses free?

NABS is a charity, here to support those who are or have worked in the advertising and media industries, and our Masterclasses are free to join.

How can I book a NABS Masterclass?

To book a Masterclass visit the NABS Calendar to find out which Masterclass you’d like to join. You’ll be prompted to log in or register as a new user. You’ll then receive an email with instructions on how to join the Masterclass you’ve booked.  Please note new registrations take 24-48 hours to process.

When will I receive instructions on how to join a Masterclass?

You should receive an email from with a Zoom link and joining instructions a day or two before the Masterclass takes place. The email can sometimes hide in junk folders, so in the first instance, please check to see if the email is there.If you signed up the day before, or on the day of the Masterclass, you should receive the Zoom link and joining instructions between 9am and 9.30am on the day of the Masterclass.

How do I change or cancel my Masterclass booking?
