Becoming a 100 Club Mentor
Becoming a mentor is an incredibly rewarding challenge. To make sure you are prepared for your mentoring journey, all mentors follow our mentor induction.
We hold regular inductions every 3-6 months to allow for new members to join the Mentoring Programme, covering a range of topics including what to expect, safeguarding and confidentiality.
All 100 Club members are asked to attend the induction in order to become a NABS Mentor.
