Executive coaching at NABS

NABS offers free, confidential executive coaching to support you throughout your career journey. We endeavour to provide constructive insights into new thought processes and to help you to find new ways of managing situations for positive results.

Our executive coaching programme is made up of three sessions (approx. 1 hour), held at NABS HQ, via phone or Skype. Subject to eligibility, you will be assigned an accredited Executive Coach who will focus on your professional development – anything from managing stress to building confidence.

The programme is perfect for those who feel they’ve reached a crossroads in their career, are going through redundancy or need a hand back into employment, those wanting to balance their life better as a working parent, or managers wanting insights on being an effective leader.

We are here to support and champion you. We look forward to sharing this journey with you. Please complete your application form here.

“Coaching helped as I had somebody to listen to my story in a completely objective way, pick up on certain points I hadn’t and to challenge me on some of my ways of thinking.  I can now see the beginnings of some real structure and focus that I will really be able to build on.”

Masterclasses

As well as running tailored workshops through our Resilience and Working Parents Programmes, we also offer a range of bespoke Masterclasses to help you flourish and grow in your career.

Building Brand You

Who has a personal brand that you admire and trust?

You work in a world of brands, crafting them to create impact, advantages, stand out, loyalty and personality. But have you ever thought about how you would define your own personal brand? What specifically makes you unique? Do you know what your core offering is? How do others define you? What would they say you stood for?

Wherever you are in your career and whatever your role, come and join us for an interactive, half day Masterclass.

Building Confidence & Gravitas

Building gravitas and displaying confidence are important skills in our professional development and day-to-day industry business. They can impact our careers success, our ability to inspire and influence others, to lead teams and manage our own belief in our abilities. In an industry where being heard and listened to is key, developing presence is an essential component to getting ahead.

But what is gravitas and how do you achieve it? How does confidence, not to be confused with arrogance, help you to develop your authentic presence and style? All these questions and more will be addressed in our Masterclass.

Find out when the next Masterclass is taking place and book here.

Building Rapport & Influence

Networking and building strong relationships help to establish successful businesses; after all we all want to do business with people we like and trust. Making a positive impression quickly plays an important part in how we then go on to achieve this. During this session you will learn how to recognise different behavioural types in others and how to engage with them positively and authentically using a number of NLP techniques.
