Omnicom Media Group (OMG) through the PHD EMEA office based in London act as key communication partners to Hewlett Packard Inc across the EMEA region to cover mainly:
Development of integrated regional strategies (off/online) to enable consistency in communication across the region and across all channels
Market Engagement excellence to ensure best-in-class local campaign implementation through the Omnicom local offices


Responsibilities

In this role, the candidate will:
Be a key player into the overall and per category (PC/Printers) communication development for the region working closely together with the Regional Executive Director, Strategy/Innovation Director and orchestrating the input of the digital specialists (e.g Search/Social/Programmatic/Mobile etc…)
Lead best-in-class use of digital locally by developing clear (digital related) processes and deploy them across markets with the support of the Digital Operations Executive
Provide support to the Data and Measurement Manager in delivering best insights from the digital data platform


Required Skills
and Experience

We are looking for somebody with the following credentials:
Ability to lead overall digital strategy and implementation across multiple markets as part of an integrated off/online approach
Ability to lead key senior conversations with Regional media client and HPI category marketing leads when required by Regional Executive Director
Experience in negotiating and running global/regional deals/packages with key digital media partners (across EMEA)
Ability to leverage digital data platform to produce insightful clients’ dashboard/reporting working together with data analyst and explaining digital measurements
Ability to manage complex and demanding workloads - keep a cool head
Become a trusted stakeholder across all key external and internal agency partners, highly collaborative striving to always find a better way for the best of the HPI business development
Excellent communication skills
Experience in managing a team of 1 to 3 people
