Omnicom Media Group (OMG) through the PHD EMEA office based in London acts as key communication partners to Hewlett Packard Inc across the EMEA region to cover mainly:
Development of integrated regional strategies (off/online) to enable consistency in communication across the region and across all channels
Market Engagement excellence to ensure best-in-class local campaign implementation through the Omnicom local offices
Most advanced data reporting and measurement management generating key insights and learnings
The PHD regional team works in close collaboration with the Regional HPI clients, the PHD office based in the US, as well as 34+ local markets across the EMEA region (focusing on 8 key markets : UK / France / Germany / Spain / Italy / Netherlands / Switzerland / Sweden).
The role implies leadership in communication of one of the 2 categories at HPI (PC or Printing) and will include:
Being a key player in category communication development for the region, working together with the Regional Executive Director, Strategy/Innovation and Digital Director.
Leading efficiencies across markets through implementation of clear and solid structure/ framework ensuring all markets implement campaigns according to regional agreed guidance.
Providing strong and insightful data reporting and measurement learnings (e.g regular reporting and PCAs).
Required Skills and Experience
We are looking for somebody with the following credentials:
Ability to lead pro-actively and independently an account, anticipating key business directions and communication requirements.
Experienced in working across all channels, specifically digital.
Handle and lead key senior conversations with Regional media client contacts and HPI category marketing leads
Help Strategy and Innovation Director and Digital Director formulate strong regional communication guidelines based on your know-how from the category (developed through your client relationship and own business understanding).
Ability to manage complex and demanding workloads - keep a cool head.
Highly interested in all technological development.
Fully capable to lead, drive and follow-up on key clients meetings.
Become a trusted stakeholder across all key external and internal agency partners, highly collaborative striving to always find a better way for the best of the HPI business development.
Experience of managing a team of 2 to 3 people.
