Looking for someone to replace me in this wonderful home as I move onto pastures new. I've lived here for over a year now and have loved this flat.
The room is fully furnished located on the top floor of the property, which makes it feel very separate to the flat and super private. It's very light and airy with two sunlight windows as well as two large balcony doors, one which leads out to a roof terrace which is a nice refuge in the summer months. There is ample storage including a built in closet as well as eaves storage. There is also an ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and additional towel/toiletry storage.
This amazing double room is part of a two bedroom flat. The second bedroom, second bathroom, spacious living room, kitchen/dining area are all located on the first floor.
You will be moving in with one of the current flatmates & her boyfriend (aged 31 &32). Both are ideal flatmates - super clean, considerate of space & super easy going.
The flat is 5 minutes walking distance from the beautiful Battersea Park, 10 minutes from Clapham Junction Station and 15 minute walk to the Kings Road.
There are also fantastic transport links with good bus routes within minutes walking distance from the flat easily connecting you to Victoria, South Kensington, Sloane Square, Vauxhall and further out. Wandsworth and Waterloo are also easily accessible via bus/overground train from Clapham Junction.
The flat is less than a 5 minute walk to Sainsburys with Asda and Lidl a further 10minute walk away.
My favourite part about this flat is the endless restaurant/pub options around. Within a 5 minute walk from the flat there are at least 6 great pubs and every type of restaurant you might fancy. Clapham Junction/Northcote Road is a further 10minute walk away but provides an even further option of places to eat & drink.
The finer details
The flat is available from the 12th April, 2017. Rent is £1,000 pcm to be paid on the 1st of every month. Bills are not included, but come in around £50 - £75 a month. Security deposit is £1,275 and the lease is a minimum 6 month contract, with the option to renew.

The current flatmates would ideally want one person to move in and want the new flatmate to be, clean, respectful & sociable.
