It helps the brain to release serotonin which is the feel good hormone. In this Masterclass Sonya will be teaching you practical tips and exercises on how to bring mindfulness into your working day to keep you focused and calm. You will be taught the science behind mindfulness, taken through a guided meditation and learn how to ‘be’ in the moment, bringing you increased focus, energy and calm, both at work and at home.
Sonya Russo is the founder of Waves Mindfulness, she is a trained mindfulness practitioner who specialises in mindfulness for stress, depression, anxiety and addiction. Sonya previously worked in media and advertising for 15 years for companies such as BBC, Bauer and Channel 5 she credits mindfulness for helping her to recover from depression and now works with corporate companies to raise awareness around mental health issues and the wellbeing needs of employees.
